Mike was a loyal member of Greene County Xenia Ohio. Like so many he considered Jim West a Mentor. https://www.recordnet.com/obituaries/pyrk0397279?fbclid=IwAR3533vuP3Frd2AvhKkjh4Vn3G_2yMOoDqeYCHxEVNZECXNtTlko5XAh7RU

I love it! Matt Gaetz as head of family and human services. He can review cases involving underage girls. George Santos as head of the House Ethics Committee. And perhaps on the Armed Services committee; since his grandfather was Czar of Russia, maybe he can call in some family contacts and end the war. Although you'd think they'd want MTG to spend some time with the Space Force getting those giant Jewish space lasers under control.

Hi folks, Looks like the 2nd amendment can get a little costly: Oregon Firearms Federation owes thousands in legal fees for challenge of Measure 114, lawyer says in suit - oregonlive.com No tears for them from me. Jerry Baumchen

I'd agree that history or not the Biden brouhaha will, and I might be wrong, be not more than not much. At this stage, I'm willing to believe everyone went home, and accidentally I swear it, with the wrong persons underwear at some point. That said, I do not think Trump was anything except arrogant and purposeful in his taking of classified material. Just look at other violations of the Presidential Records Act he's flaunted. The equivalency bit with Biden is nothing short of simpleminded horse shit and no one who knows anything about the man should have any other starting point.

Try this as a part of the definition of gun culture: those "scary black" guns and other guns that you hope get an ooh and/or an ahh when you show it off or post pictures on line are emblems of a gun culture. They aren't tools for a job any more than is a shovel with a penis shaped handle, but they serve the same useless purpose.

A great example of an issue that could be legislatively addressed without conflict from the 2nd. There's no reason that handguns should not be secured in some type of safe or with a lock/cable system in homes where kids are present. This was in Indiana. The dad was a convicted felon and possessing a gun is illegal. He knew that and denied the existence of the gun. https://nypost.com/2023/01/17/shane-osborne-arrested-after-son-seen-with-gun-on-on-patrol-live-report/ Is this type law not "sexy" enough to pass? Is this the convo the legislators have - Let's make a big splash and outlaw those scary black guns, require registration and eliminate ammo sales unless one has a State issued gun card. Is there no value in doing the mundane things that will limit gun access by kids? Virginia, where the 6-yr old shot the teacher, does have some type of law that makes it a misdemeanor for a child to be able to access a gun. We'll see how that plays out.

Joe earlier made reference to American gun culture. In America children are raised from a young age how to handle loaded guns. Gun safety and how to get loaded guns passed school security. When they are out playing they keep guns handy in case they are needed for self defense. Yeah its a cultural thing.

They think he's got the best mullet in the trailer park and that Momma/cousin Earlene is one lucky lady.
