It seems that politicians like to talk and they keep on talking even when they have nothing to say and end up saying things that make no sense. They don't seem to know when to stop talking.

Interesting interview, but Ted Braden was not Cooper. He doesn't fit the description and profile. Braden clearly had the skills and was a badass but he looked like one as well, he had a very unique look. His hair was receding and straight, not curly/wavy/marceled. He had blue eyes. Stews told the sketch artist Cooper had a protruding lower lip, Braden did not. Cooper got giddy when he got the money, a badass like Braden wouldn't have. Cooper was not a hardened badass soldier, he was military but not a real tough guy. Other than being a badass with skills there is no evidence for Braden and he doesn't match the description/profile. Some of these suspects are unique people with great stories that elevate them within the Cooper discourse.. but that doesn't make them Cooper.

It's been known for a while in the aviation community that while Russia's air assets seem impressive in air shows, their actual combat record isn't. But the million dollar question is, does the same hold for their nuclear forces?

I also hope you are wrong. But until there are for real bright lines drawn we need to do what we can. Same as after for real bright lines are drawn. I feel for Keith who believes strongly that military action by the US, followed by NATO, is what is needed now to save Ukrainian lives. I simply believe that is not true. I believe that containing the war in Ukraine is the current best plan.

My friend wanted to jump the container with Aya in. I thought it wouldn't be fair if he got hurt so I just sent it myself. Not a bad beginner's object too. First base jump, home made rig. Anybody else done this? I didn't make the soft links or pc however.

The man has a speech impediment. He's advanced to the pinnacle in a career that requires constant public and private speaking and, for him personally I dare say, a fair degree of humility. Neither you nor any others here can claim to know what mental work arounds Biden need must use constantly to keep from stuttering or running over his own words. Nor can you know the pressure of controlling your disability while giving a speech as impactful as the State of the Union Address. Now maybe it's just a little too woke for you to give him any benefit of doubt but if he were my dad or kid or friend I'd be damn proud of him. As my President I'm double damn proud of him.
