He is probably the right man at this time. No one in the current situation could push the USA together. But Biden will at least will not work to pull it apart.

I wish the case were solved 100%, that is to say putting a suspect on the plane, that is what I have been trying to do but it probably requires new DNA,, maybe Eric can get the tie to Tom.. but it will cost money to test and may still be contaminated or inconclusive. As it is there is very little new to discuss publicly at a high level, so you are wrong there as well. I have thousands of pieces of info that I could discuss for a hundred years but choose not to. My motivation is not social or discussions but to solve this thing. The difference is, you fail to accept the universal reality, and claim your reality is true. It is only your perception, there are universal truths backed by evidence, reason and logic. To maintain your reality you ignore and reject universal truths and exaggerate and elevate supporting information. You engage in extreme confirmation bias. Most people cannot see and compensate for their own bias. Some are just better at suppressing bias than others, even professional investigators can be sucked in by bias. Eric did the same thing with Sheridan, when I pointed out contradictory evidence he attacked the messenger calling me a troll and a liar.. but he has finally realized to his credit that he was wrong about Sheridan. You're bias has done the same,, KC was not Cooper and you attack the messenger.. not the facts. The Forrest Fenn crowd is doing the same thing with Cooper.. they claim to be very careful about confirmation bias then proceed with it full speed ahead.. They claim Fenn faked smoking. They claim he wore contacts. They claim he darkened his complexion. They claim he disguised his accent. They claim he needed money and became a sky-pirate. They claim he had a grudge against the Gov so he took their money,, oops it wasn't the Gov money. I think they know better but are trying to build a new following as the Forrest Fenn world has ended. Like a black hole they are co-opting and consuming the Cooperverse.. to expand a collapsing base. I am sure they are working on some way to monetize it, a Cooper-Fenn treasure hunt with baubles, t-shirts, hats or a board game.. a sucker born every minute. HAHAHA.. The problem with the Cooper case is that there are actually very few hard facts.. really,, and that means people can twist and contort virtually any suspect to fit by claiming what is "possible". Intellectually, anything is possible.. but if that is your standard then almost anyone can be Cooper and that is the dangerous lure of the Vortex, it turns your mind inside out, distorts realty, it is the ultimate intellectual puzzle and test of reason where most of the pieces are missing and many don't even belong.. it exposes mediocre thinking. You can enter but you can never leave,, at least not intact. I have put together a checklist of Cooper facts and a profile mostly based on the one in the FBI files, if you run these prominent suspects against that list they are all very weak or rejected. Some suspects don't have enough info. If part time junior super secret agent Blevins was intellectually honest with himself he would admit KC was not Cooper just as Eric has with Sheridan.

OK, I can see that. But reading those in the MSM meant that they didn't get as much attention (at least from me; I read the NYT on Sundays and the local paper the rest of the week) as the information about the virus itself. I have a feeling that taking different words from the same source (speech, statement, book, Bible, whatever) can make a huge difference in how they're interpreted Wendy P.

It’s hard to believe he was ever that small!!! I’m a blessed momma and I LOVE every minute. He still doesn’t sleep through the night, the chunk needs to keep his strength up I guess. Gets up twice for a bottle and then back to sleep, he loves his food! Plus, he doesn’t seem to need a lot of sleep , I’ve adjusted or I think I’ve adjusted. Lol Still teaching and he’s still in the classroom with me. More boring baby news, I know.

That article is long on opinion and short on detail. But that aside I will just say that vaccination does not prevent infection. It does give the body a head start on clearing the infection. I am vaccinated and am getting a booster in a few days as I have reached the 6 month mark. But even so I fully expect that sooner or later I will be exposed to and infected by the virus. Most likely I will get sick enough to be tested and become one of the numbers in the "break through" infection population. But I will have only a very small chance of being hospitalized for it. That has always been the goal. Not to get very sick. We will all get infected by this thing eventually. Where I live new infections are now about 50/50 between vaccinated and unvaccinated people. But almost all the portion of people in the hospital are either unvaccinated or have other conditions that weaken them. The vaccines are saving lives and are also saving people from long covid which in the long term may be even more important.

I have a National 28' Phantom packed in a Warp 3 container that was subject to the recall. Since I retired it after 2 recalls and 1 modification it was a favorite to give to give to rigger candidates.

Oh geez.... Bud LaPointe and now Jim Hickey... Two of the very finest.. I remember when Jim walked onto the DZ at Elsinore and insisted he didn't want to bother learning how to skydive, he wanted to learn how to Base Jump. All of us (on staff) just kind of chuckled but Matt McCarter said "I'll go talk to him". Matt - in his usual exemplary way - explained the ABCs to him. Jim Hickey went on to become one of our best friends and a hero of mine. It wasn't necessarily easy for him but he had grit, and determination, and an incredibly positive attitude. I _loved_ seeing that guy out there. Rest in peace, Jim Hickey.

He would come to the dz when it was raining and made others to go do hop n pop at 1500 ft. I think everyone was so stoked when Jim got that role for V8 commercial. Typically when someone lands a commercial role, the behind talk was always filled with jealousy but not Jim's case. Everyone thought that it was very fitting, and we were stoked that he got some of his money back that he invested into skydiving.
