It’s funny, I’m doing some group psychology stuff. There are two Christians who think nothing of stating their beliefs and yet there are at least two of us, who hold back on what we “really” think, so that we don’t offend them. It’s unbelievable that atheists might have empathy... In all seriousness I will stir the pot here, but my fruit loop family are totally cut out of my life. It is that type of response that makes me quite literally hate the duplicity of the religious. Jesus is love is love, turn the other cheek, blah, blah, blah. Its all a bunch of bullshit, so that they can blame their god or devil, but take no personal responsibility for their actions... They are driven by fear, hiding under their beds, scared of the shadows

Well, I think in Ron's case it all depends on who is holding the guns. I know he doesn't consider his armed 'security team' at his church to be a threat. Funny, isn't it?

The data kallend was quoting was the number of positive results. The link you posted was showing an error in the positivity rate reported for a few testing labs. The second value can be wrong without the first one being wrong (for example, if they got their denominator wrong).

I have been lucky in my youth. Where I lived and which family I came from played a very big part in that. Edited to add: so lucky with regards to where and to whom I was born.

Some people need to read up on the programs intent on removing income earning fathers from inner city poor neighborhoods. Why did the factories with jobs leave? Why did the education funding leave? What was the real purpose of inner city policing? What was the reasoning behind man mins? Three strikes? Why do these programs not apply to white men the same way? Self entitled white men are losing control. Get used to it. Read the constitution to understand it.

The 'funniest' (read: most disgusting) part about that is that most 'ordinary' people are not paying less in taxes. I'm not. I'm actually paying a little bit more overall in Federal taxes. The 'more money in their pockets' is a trick. When the tax cut passed, the Mango Mussolini directed the IRS to reduce the withholding amounts. So each individual paycheck increased a few bucks. But the amount owed at the end of the year didn't change much. So most people saw that 'big fat refund' disappear. I went from a small refund to a small amount owed. It's absolutely amazing how many people are too stupid to see this.
