You never tire of that line.

Well moving from bias to radial was a huge improvement IMO.

How do you figure KJU as an idiot? He's held control of the DPRK for several years. He assassinated his own brother in Malaysia. It was pretty clear who was behind it, yet he got away with it. He got Trump to sit down one on one with him. He got a sitting US President to treat him as an equal. He's a long way from stupid.

I just stumbled across the video of Joe's memorial dive and I'm floored. I had not seen Joe for 20 some odd years, but spent a lot of time with him in the '90s, in various States and a couple of countries. https://www.lafayettefh.com/obituary/Joseph-TrinkoJoe This sucks.

It's just really bad for everybody. Bigger DZ's might have bigger reserves to draw on and larger customer pools to pull from when they reopen, but you're exactly right - they also have higher overhead. The skydiving landscape is definitely going to change after this season. It would be interesting to watch as an outsider, but as one who works in the industry and has many, many friends who are being very negatively affected, it's worrying.

https://www.statnews.com/2020/04/17/influential-covid-19-model-uses-flawed-methods-shouldnt-guide-policies-critics-say/ "A widely followed model for projecting Covid-19 deaths in the U.S. is producing results that have been bouncing up and down like an unpredictable fever, and now epidemiologists are criticizing it as flawed and misleading for both the public and policy makers. In particular, they warn against relying on it as the basis for government decision-making, including on “re-opening America.” “It’s not a model that most of us in the infectious disease epidemiology field think is well suited” to projecting Covid-19 deaths, epidemiologist Marc Lipsitch of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health told reporters this week" Harvard is a bastion of science deniers?

Same here. I have never had flu. Not even during the "Asian" and "Hong Kong" epidemics before vaccines came out. My wife the MD tells me that the immune system is not as effective in old geezers, so for the past 3 years I've been getting the flu shot anyway. Covid-19 is not influenza, however, so I shall get the vaccine assuming I survive until it becomes available.

How can you have a problem with lying? Trump has told over 10 000 documented lies and you still cut him slack! I think it’s extremely hypocritical of you and shows just how right wing biased you are.

Well, people say. I mean I've heard many fine people say that.

Hi...we have been working for awhile now on a virtual reality parachute flight simulator. We call it skydiVR. To help you understand, we recently recorded this video of a group jump into the Deland VR DZ. You can watch here: https://youtu.be/6pje3c_Jtd4 If you have a VR rig, come and join us every Sunday. We have several other DZ's... More info at https://www.skydivr.io/ Blue Skies Ronnie

He gets daily testing. His immediate circle gets daily testing. Those around him who have tested positive are quarantined. it shows he knows exactly what to do to control the pandemic, he just doesn't give a shit about anybody else.

Oh there is no doubt you believe in the supremacy of your race Ron. Indeed nothing neutral about you and to give you some credit, you have indeed never claimed you were. But when you read my post, you should be able to see it was directed at Turtle, who like you is not at all neutral, but does like telling people he is.

Yes. It’s taken a while as being partners ex he knew a lot of the stuff people get asked so it was like playing that prairie dog game where they keep popping up. But everything two factored and sorted out.

I’m afraid some of these posts sound just as breathlessly anticipatory as the ones about Hillary going to jail, and Obama being Kenyan-born. Wendy P.

Hi folks, My daughter has a good friend who is a nurse working long hours, so she made a sign & put in her front lawn:, see the photo below. Jerry Baumchen PS) And I have idea on why it is sideways.

Hi folks, My daughter just sent me this: If Trump was captain on the Titanic: There isn't any iceberg. There was an iceberg but it's in a totally different ocean. The iceberg is in this ocean but it will melt very soon. There is an iceberg but we didn't hit the iceberg. We hit the iceberg , but the damage will be repaired very shortly. The iceberg is a Chinese iceberg. We are taking on water but every passenger who wants a lifeboat can get a lifeboat, and they are beautiful lifeboats. Look, passengers need to ask nicely for the lifeboats if they want them. We don't have any lifeboats, we're not lifeboat distributors. Passengers should have planned for icebergs and brought their own lifeboats. I really don't think we need that many lifeboats. We have lifeboats and they’re supposed to be our lifeboats, not the passengers' lifeboats. The lifeboats were left on shore by the last captain of this ship. Nobody could have foreseen the iceberg. I take no responsibility. Jerry Baumchen

Religion is easily defined as a communicable form of mental illness. Some variants are more benign than others, though it is generally the more virulent that propagate most effectively. Weaponized viruses rule. As far as the difference between atheism and agnosticism, think smurfs. Agnostics are polite enough to say that maybe there really are smurfs somewhere, while atheists come out and say that you must be joking. The 'logic' by which people support Scientology or Islam or any other compendium of patent nonsense is rarely more than a study in applied fallacy. As far as the warm fuzzy feeling that religion gives, the Onion has it nailed: https://www.theonion.com/war-torn-middle-east-seeks-solace-in-religion-1819568630 Coming to the idea of 'morality,' the moral standards of religion have been behind much of the most truly evil behavior in human history. The religious texts I have on hand mandate genocide, slavery and a host of other things that I personally find deplorable. YMMV. If it is only the instructions of a mythical construct by which you would live you life in an honest and ethical manner, there is something wrong with you. BSBd, Winsor
