The whole Q fantasy is premised on the idea that there will be "military tribunals" in which all of the people that they don't like (which - wow, amazingly coincides with well-known people who criticize Trump, funny, that...) will be tried and executed, without judicial review (because that takes too long). So, basically, they are advocating that we throw out the Constitution and due process. People who believe in this nonsense are not just delusional, they stand against what our country actually stands for - democracy, rule of law, and due process. They're openly supporting dictatorship. That's why I make a point of mocking them every chance I get. I know many of you all pet Ron on the head and say "oh, you have such kooky beliefs, but we'll tolerate it because you used to be a skydiver", but man, if someone went around supporting the idea that people ought to be extra-judicially tried and we should defer all power to the President, most of you would call that fucker out. I'm glad, at least, to see there's been literally no support for his insane nonsense in this forum. The Q fantasy is not just delusional - it's anti-American. The idea that they try to wrap themselves in the flag is such utter fucking bullshit. What makes me smile lately is that all of their bullshit predictions have consistently failed, and even the gullible ones are starting to realize it's just a masturbatory fantasy.

Quite right! I'll choose to cut my cutaway pull force in half instead of having mini-rings. This is especially true for heavier jumpers, and when cutting away from spinning mals.

Crappy turn, not much power left after levelling out, way to long on rears, too much rear riser input while leaning forward and subsequently his canopy stalled right before he transitioned to the yellow stopping thingies called toggles. user error and something you should discuss with a competent coach before learning to land with rears. gusts didn‘t play a relevant role in this if any. search this forum for explanations regarding toggle stalls vs rear riser stalls. stay healthy

All, I attended the services today, and I passed on the postings from this thread. What a true American hero. Jeff was both a student and mentor, part of what i see as a very healthy balance in life. Eagle scouts, combat infantry men, and family spoke of a life that made me proud. A Major General attended, and handled it very well. He said the issue is not the controversy over the war and whether we should be there or not. It was remembering a young, brave soldier who fulfilled his sworn duty to uphold the Constitution of the United States and obey orders from superiors especially in wartime. He did just that. Jeff was recognized as an avid skydiver, and that this was a passion for him. This was my first full honors military ceremony. I was moved very deeply. The VFW was there too, in an incredibly impressive turnout. I came away with a much deeper understanding and appreciation of the sacrifices our veterans make, and have made over the years. I was there on his first jump in San Diego and his last jump in Perris. Hes the one who invited me to go do a tandem and hes the reason I skydive now. He will be missed. I am very proud of him. As he said in every text message "Blue Skies"
