As long as a significant number of rural voters (who have more power per vote) who think that “whatever pisses the left off” is synonymous with “good,” we’ll get this kind of leadership periodically especially when you consider that puerile insults and “misspellings” constitute a demonstration of superior wit. They should consider that maybe bullying is not the same as actual power, and show is not necessarily the same as substance Wendy P.

There could also be a chance he's referring to the 'Q' in LGBTQ.

Not quite multi, and the DZ is a labor of love. I get to change peoples lives in a way that I never could in corporate banking. A person gives me a hug and tells me that I have changed their life, that never happen when I approved a $200,000 dollar loan. I cant describe the feeling I get when I look at my guys teaching a FJC, when it was just a short six years ago that I was teaching them.

The Senate confirming that Trump can do whatever he wants and that they'll back him in any situation is pretty fucking dire. You think he's done some shady shit before? Now he knows he can get away with anything they've essentially told him it's fine to openly cheat in the 2020 elections. That's his personality. I hope y'all like living in Russian-style oligarchies... Putin has already made a move to make it so that term limits don't apply to him... I bet you $100 Trump will do the same after the next election.

I wouldn't. Science & logic will save your life. Prayer & religion won't. Fortunately, the courts will find parents who let their kids die because the parents 'didn't believe in medicine' and prayed instead guilty of murder. This is only one case. There are a lot more out there: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/morning-mix/wp/2017/03/03/a-diabetic-boys-parents-didnt-believe-in-doctors-now-theyre-guilty-of-his-murder/

Thought from the sideline: Since so often you call yourself the greatest nation of the world, maybe, just maybe, you should start putting up the greatest persons for election as president.

I think you'll mostly find two types of persons: one wanting all of the flashy features and infinite customization, and one wanting a device that's predictable, simple and doesn't require a lot of maintenance. I happen to belong in the second category. If it's usb rechargable I instanly think of "another thing to keep track of", "how fast's battery life gonna degrade, after how many recharge cycles", etc. Bluetooth? - "Way too complex system now for it to be bug-free". With such a mindset, I use protrack, so I can tell you the nitpick stuff I have with it. I bought it to use it as a logbook, but it sometimes (often) fails to register hop n pop jumps - really not sure how that's possible but they somehow manage to fail at that. And because it's not working all the time, I just gave up and don't even look at the data anymore. Speed profile is nice to have, but because it's not trivial to correlate it with the video, I end up not using it ever at all, even though I made an effort to make my own graphing app to customize it to my needs (don't really like Paralog). It should be trivial and fast to read the jump data, not sure why you have to perform access sequence to read the data. Even if you enter the plane and start climbing it could just force quit that screen (lock itself). That's mostly it, bottom line is, all this stuff is nitpicky, but priority 0 is of course that it beeps for the breakoff, for the deployment altitude and on the hard deck if you're in high speed.

Yes, but today we are measuring by stock market. When that recession hits, we will blame it on somebody else and start measuring something else. What we definitely don't want is having to admit being wrong, or any sort of consistency.

Indeed. It's called the Placebo Effect.

Hey, this is serious. To any Qanon believers, I want to take a moment to emphasize that drinking bleach is very, very bad, and you should not do it under any circumstances. I know I've had my differences with Qanon folks over the years, but let me, as a liberal, be frank with you. Do not drink bleach. The scientific elites are in agreement here, it's a bad idea. Liberals - from Hillary Clinton to Barack Obama to Nancy Pelosi to AOC - all agree that it's a bad idea to drink bleach. I think you'll find most Hollywood celebrities also agree that drinking bleach is wrong. So don't do it, Q army. We, liberals, are telling you not to drink bleach. Please. Don't.

So it's an amount of reality similar to Homeopathy. Interesting.

Studies also show that stoned people are pretty happy, too. This is Joe Weber reporting from Happy Valley.

Right, now we're wearing jeans and killing our neighbours with guns. Good thing religion sorted that out for us.

Tim, In fairness Brent is not in total denial. He's in total don't give a shit mode because we'll soon have petunias in the Sahara and Hurricanes that spin so fast they'll actually take off and head for outer space. Also, technological advances in all of those newly freed to succeed third world countries, advances that lazy BillVon has so far failed to produce, will give new meaning to the term climate control and we'll be saved. I'm betting it'll be something simple like an app.
