Coreece doesn’t seem to understand exactly when and why I push that little heart button. I can’t speak for everyone but in my case it’s not because I agree with something someone has said. That happens far too often. It’s almost always because It made me laugh. Joe gets more than his fair share of likes from me because he’s pretty witty and could be very funny at times.

Well please hurry and put the correct manual on the website. As a rigger I can assure you my customers never supply me with the manual that came with their product. I always have to find the manual on my own.

I guess that depends on the motivation of the coach/instructor. My husband is a USPA AFF IE and coach examiner and a Master Rigger with a shit ton of experience. He is happy to talk with, advise, pass on useful information to anyone... for nothing. A beer is a nice offering but not required. He doesn't need to be paid to share what he knows with others. It's not about his pocketbook, it's about helping people become better, safer and more knowledgeable skydivers. Not to mention that it makes newbies feel like they are a part of the dz and not a wallet to empty. I know I'm a dinosaur, but I think It's pretty sad that jumpers now expect to be paid to talk to newbies.

Just to keep this up......miss that asshole!!

It’s been weeks now without your weekly calls to pester me about airport access, or fill me in on the on going issues of concern or cool stuff people are doing. I’ll miss our long banter of arguing about all things skydiving. Those cds you gave me of your music tracks that you made take on a whole appreciation of your talents. As with all my old timer friends who fill the slots on the other side, you take with you a vast knowledge, much of it not written in books but stored in your lifetime of working in this sport and it’s now lost forever, but for those who truly listened to your teachings. Thank you for all the support you gave to me personally and professionally in airport access. Blue skies my friend, rest in peace you will be missed by many!
