Once upon a time (around 1933) we also had a guy, - who surprisingly became the leader of the nation - who knew all the big words - who knew all the answers to all the problems - who knew which people were the root of many problems - who had his supporters cheer on his rallies - who denounced his political opponents - who didn‘t give a damn about treaties Oh, by the way, it didn‘t end too well…...

Over the weekend, State and Energy Dept officials were quietly reviewing plans for evacuating 50 nuclear weapons that the US had long stored, under American control, at Incirlik Air Base in Turkey. I don't yet know how many insane POTUS threads we have, need, or understand how to even consider sorting them. So I started a new one. Until this reckless disaster of a human landed in DC, I had never feared for our country and humanity. I have always felt safe here. I no longer do. The current administration is fully invested in destroying the great nation, while lining their selfish pockets.

How do your “Christian” buddies feel about Trump’s betrayal of the Christian Kurds to the Muslim Turks? Seems like the action of a Judas to me, with his business interests in Turkey counting as the pieces of silver.

True: you dusted off the Hillary meme and promptly received what you claim to loathe. Perhaps the degeneration you see here is a reflection of the degeneration of our nations highest office. In fact, Trump is all that you listed and a whole lot more that is bad. I'm one who is beyond tired of listening to any defenses of his behavior. To wit: if you think he's a good president because of "A", then either you are a "B" or an ignoramus or both. I'm good with that. As far as the Professor goes, be patient. We're working with him. He's not yet ready to do a little stand-up but I feel a breakthrough coming.

OK, try this. "Ms. Hill, the senior director for European and Russian affairs, testified that Mr. Giuliani and his allies circumvented the usual national security process to run their own foreign policy efforts, leaving the president’s official advisers aware of the rogue operation yet powerless to stop it." Can you agree that whatever you think of Trump personally, that this - the rampant disorganisation, the nepotism and cronyism, the routine circumventing of ethics, process and oversight, the sheer disregard for the good of the country over the fortunes of the administration that leads to a private associate of the President with no official government role being able to formulate and implement foreign policy at his own discretion - this should disqualify any right thinking, logical person from being able to support the Trump Presidency? Emotionally it shocks me. I didn't realise you guys were in the king-making business.

Answer a couple of questions and create a controversy. Ok I am here, ask away. You guys can post my emails. PS talking to some producers that might spend some serious dollars on the case (fingers crossed). Tom Kaye

You mean the R's adopted the only spin they could after losing so badly. Funny, the recovery started right after he got into office.

The US economy is already showing clear signs of going into at least a moderate decline within the next year. Trump's chaos is coming home to roost soon. I normally don't credit or blame the POTUS for the business cycle, but the coming troubles are going to be clearly traced to his policies. Which is kind of amazing given the advantages the US economy has in the age of fracking.

And as soon as it looked like Barack “spread the wealth around” Obama might have a chance at the White House, things went downhill fast. The same thing will happen if it looks like the Ds have a chance this time. We won’t have to wait for any policy to be implemented, just the threat of it will be enough to send the economy into a tailspin.

It’s fine. Once we turn America into the Jesus Taliban everything will be magically fixed. It’s what the founders intended, as long as you don’t read anything or study history.

President Obama did a damn good job handing over a thriving economy to a man that has done next to nothing in regards to the economy. Unless you're a very wealthy person anyway. Those tax "cuts" are going to cost our economy for quite some time.

Sorry, i didn't realize telling someone about a forum rule is a negative thing. As for what Erroll said, he's right. While I often find it to be a useful word, not everyone appreciates the word fuck. Using it on the back cover description might drive away potential buyers. . Pointing out something that could affect your sales is constructive criticism, not negativity. Negative would be telling you that you're an asshole for putting it on there. At least that's how I would take it.

Technically this post is advertising, which is not allowed in the forums, but hey, congrats on getting published! Skydiving has helped a lot of people fighting depression and other mental health issues. But that depression comes back with a vengeance should you have to stop due to injury or other circumstances. Especially if you have wrapped your whole life and identity around it, which is easy to do in such an amazing activity. That's what I experienced anyway.
