You are correct, someone has massaged the data. They formulated an average and stated a difference between a current set of data and that average. That's what sneaky liberals do to pull the wool over your eyes. Here's a liberal explaining math. Note how she smiles and is a woman. That's how you know she's a lying liberal. Also, she's showing her shoulders so she's probably trying to seduce you so you vote for her husband the Kenyan. Here's another liberal, note the funny accent, that means she's a socialist. Notice how she uses lots of words and numbers, that's also known as "massaging the data".

It takes an interesting type of mental function to be attracted to places that don't exist, much less hold judgment of others for not believing in your particular flavor of fantasy. I'm never going to understand the religious obsession with the celebration of death. Reminds me of terrorism. It's just insane.

I don't think ZoeJD's post really was advertising, more like a product announcement, so calling that out was unnecessary. Having said that, I don't think what Lisa said was actually negative. ZoeJD, if you read this, this site could use a little spicing up, so I for one hope you don't run off.

Do not change your decision altitude. You should not depend on the Skyhook or any other MARD to open your reserve canopy more quickly. Most of the time they do, but sometimes they don't.

The realistic answer is no. Only rigs that are set up for a Skyhook when they’re made can get one. Other MARDS by other manufacturers can sometimes be installed afterward, some of them fairly easily. You need to check with the maker of the container for a final answer.

Not just the Jav, it is also available on the Icon and Vortex. Maybe others also, come on people!

Jeez John, airdvr got a new ride, said he was looking for a name, and things got lighthearted. No one in this thread, until you now, said anything about a young freshman congresswoman. And frankly, while I support the idea of activism by young people, I do think Greta is a bit made up and over the top. Not everything is deathly serious. I mean I wouldn't be surprised if Brent could be a fun guy to get shit faced with, you know, if there was no one else.

I’m getting whiplash from “save the planet” to “we are going to run out of fossil fuels in the next two centuries” SOMETHING replaced animal dung then SOMETHING, replaced wood, then SOMETHING replaced coal, then SOMETHING replaced oil. At every turn, the invisible hand of market guided the transition, without New World Order central planning. At some point in the distant future, fossil fuels will slowly become less abundant. At that time their prices will rise and other energy sources will become comparatively more economical, then they will they be replaced. No need for central planning or a government takeover of the economy.

We sure would. I say the GND is an unrealistic fantasy dreamed up by a left wing lunatic. Others say it is a blueprint for the future. If you wish to wager, name your price.(to be fair, read the paper linked to below before placing your bets) (I will also take your money with regard to floods, droughts, hurricanes and wildfires) https://www.scirp.org/html/3-2830394_94121.htm

Or less often and less severe because of climate change, no one really knows.

”fossil fuels have not taken a naturally safe climate and made it unnaturally dangerous, they have taken a naturally dangerous climate and made it unnaturally safe.”

Like China in the eighties? In all seriousness, man has adapted to rapid global climate change in the past. 9000 years ago the world was five to six degrees centigrade warmer and the seas were about two meters higher than today. Global cooling led to the desertification of the Sahara and the retreat of global shoreline. Man adapted then and we can do it today, even in the face of the catastrophically high rate of sea level rise (3mm per year)

There is a big difference between letting a company keep some more of its hard earned cash and government handouts.

We have: Atlantic Multi decadal oscillation, Dansgaard-Oeschger cycle, Pacific decadal oscillation, Milankovitch cycles, ElNino, LaNina, not to mention solar cycles and their interactions with cosmic rays and cloud cover. It is the interplay between these natural cycles that drive global climate. let me be clear, I do agree that CO2 has SOME impact on global climate especially at lower concentrations. However, since physics tells us that the greenhouse effect of CO2 drops off logarithmically, I think the labeling of CO2 as a globe destroying poison requiring trillions of dollars to battle is foolish.
