According to Dayton Chief Biehl, "based on recovered shell casings Betts fired at least 41 rounds before police officers responded". Chief Biehl also said that Betts was "neutralized" within 30 seconds of opening fire. So within 30 seconds Betts hit 36 people, killing 9 of them. It defies imagination what the mythical "good guy with a gun" would have done in that 30 seconds against a guy with a drum magazine.

The part I find hilarious is that if you take a momentary step back, and assume all of the Q phenomenon's beliefs are accurate... it *still* makes no sense. Hear me out. Assume that there is this secret Deep State conspiracy that Trump, Mueller, etc. are secretly fighting. Assume that it's a "military operation" - complex, multi-faceted, blah, blah, blah. Assume if you want they are going after secret pedo Satanists, if you feel like it. Now, once you're done assuming all this, ask yourself - does Q and "Q drops" make sense? Here's what I mean: so, it's a secret operation, right? They are trying to outwit the secret pedo Satanists who clearly have lots of power and control... Assume that someone with "Q clearance" has access to the information about the secret operation fighting "the bad guys"... So why in God's name would that guy disclose the information in the manner that he has? First, why would you give away secret operational elements. That's literally lesson #1 of InfoSec - loose lips sink ships. Why would communicating to a bunch of "faithful" riding around Wallmart in their Hoverrounds be a good thing? Who cares if Bubba knows about it unless Bubba is an integral part of the operation? Why would you share that information in a public manner (so that even the "bad guys" can read it)? Now, you might say "wELl, bEcAuSe PaTrIoTs NeEd To KnOw!", but that doesn't make sense. If people are critical to the mission, you'd want to inform them... secretly. If they aren't critical to the mission, why would you potentially risk sharing information with the baddies? Utterly nonsensical. Now, you might be stroking your chin and thinking "bUt ThEy'Re CoDeD!". Aha! So clever you are! But not really, though, right? Two problems: first, codes can be broken. You have plenty of publicly available sites that you can go to that translate Q-speak into forecasts. The evil pedo Satanists can read these just as well as the patriots. Wouldn't that work AGAINST your goal of a secret plan? Second, coded messages - written like Nostradamus' prophecies - can be misinterpreted. If you're trying really hard to tie the coded communications to reality, you're likely to have some real errors creep in. If your goal as "Q" is to keep the patriots informed, he's doing a potentially terrible job of it by generating the possibility of mis-communication. "bUt ThEy ArE pArT oF a DiSiNfOrMaTiOn PlAn!", might be the comeback. But then it's even more silly - the parts that are "disinformation" are indistinguishable from the rest. But if there are parts that are "real" and some "disinformation", you've got the same problem that the "bakers" are out there solving the riddles and posting what is and isn't "disinformation". So, you're back to the starting point. So, I have a couple conclusions. Keep the assumption that the deep state conspiracy (and Q counter-conspiracy) are real. Possible conclusion: the Q people are actually working to HELP the Deep State because they are giving away information about the operation. The Satanist pedos can use 4chan and 8chan as well, can't they - they can read the "translations" of the "breadcrumbs" just like everyone else. Another possibility: the Q people are utterly incompetent: they give away the secrets of the operation and aren't being clear about what's going on. * * * Now, this all ignores Occam's razor, of course, and ignores the fact that in reality, this is some sort of weird, bizarre masturbatory fantasy and none of it is real and that it's really a massive troll.

No, you're not going to achieve 50 MPH horizontal speed. The only way you can get that in freefall is with a wingsuit. Know that when you exit the plane, you're still moving in the direction of the plane horizontally for some time. It's not like you get out and you're immediately going straight down. You continue to fly in the direction the plane was traveling until that horizontal speed energy dissipates. In addition, the wind will move you horizontally while in freefall. This is called drift and it's the primary reason why exit order and exit separation exist. The wind will carry you in a certain direction for your entire time in freefall, so you're never moving truly straight down unless there is no wind. Between all these factors, it is completely reasonable that by the time you are under canopy, you're not over the same spot over the ground than when you were when you spotted.

I absolutely advocate for a ban on AR-15 and other military style assault rifles as well as high capacity magazines. I get it that a lot of people get hard just playing with their weapon but beyond that benefit assault type weapons have zero value in a civilized society. I also think hand guns for the majority of people are a stupid solution. Now if you are highly trained and current law enforcement or military and a teetotaller I can believe you might be able to use one effectively in the middle of the night or when someone smashes your car window with a ball bat. But for all the rest of us who insist on the privilege of defending our homes with a firearm then the only smart solution is a shotgun. I prefer a Berretta Tactical but to each his own. I personally believe that with hand guns education is key. When people are taught upfront that they are far more likely to shoot their nuts or neighbors than a bad guy with their nice new Glock then they might make a wiser choice.

What I DIDN'T do was - I did not arch before starting emergency procedures - forgot about it as I never practice that part. Yea lots of people dont. Try to do it, but getting the reserve out quickly is the more important objective. - I did not bother at all about peel-punch, I just yanked cut-away and then reserve handles - same thing, don't really practice details about how to handle the handle. You should always practice pealing the velcro away. People have been unable to execute their EPs at all because they were not pealing the velcro and therefore could not pull the handle. But that's fine, it worked, just know if ever you grab the handle and cant pull it, possibly it's because you did not peal the velcro away. - Once under the reserve I realized my cut-away cables didn't clear all the way; I didn't swipe the cables - same thing, don't practice swiping cables when practicing emergency procedures. The point in sweeping the cables is to ensure you dont have a partial cutaway, but if you're already under your reserve and the main is gone then it worked. As long as you punch all the way down as far as you can with your cutaway arm(s), then you would have pulled enough cable through the housings to cut away both sides. - I did not LOOK at reserve handle; I might have been lucky that after cutting away I found it with no looking whatsoever - I normally practice that part; during real thing I must have forgotten about it. You should always look before reaching, but know that the day might come where you cannot see your handles. Many people have had issues finding their handles because they could not see them. This usually happens during linetwists that occur in a manner that your head is pinned in a position where you cannot look down. I've had this happen several times to me, just so far never during a cutaway. - I did not keep reserve handle, it dropped. Irrelevant. Keeping the handle is not part of conducting proper EPs.

Dayton Police Chief Richard Biehl said six officers responded to the shooting. Biehl said the officers engaged the shooter and within 20 seconds of hearing gunfire, police officers engaged with the suspect. Biehl said the threat was neutralized within 30 seconds of the suspect beginning to fire shots. So in just 30 seconds Betts, who had a high capacity magazine, managed to kill 9 people and injure 22 more. Somehow I doubt the founding fathers were thinking of this capability when they wrote the 2nd Amendment. Nor would a knife attack achieve anything like such mayhem in 30 seconds despite NRA's silly claims.

Grow a beard, you can't get ingrown facial hair if it is long and sitting above your skin. The worse my helmet does after a sweaty day of tandems is smoosh my beard down.
