You're in Europe, so get a Barigo. They're simple, reliable, cheap and ever to easy to repair if they get smashed. (I loan gear to my AFF students and they smash several a year, so I know)

If you're not going to smash it, go for the Alti 2 Safire. Nice kit. Or if you like digital displays, check out the Neptune, as it does everything a Pro Track does, and more (and is waterproof)

It's the year of the Pig.

I would wait until you have your A licence (unless you already have it) before you buy you first helmet if you can as this will increase your options (A protec might be your only option otherwise). Note that you cannot wear a full face in the UK until you have at least 50 descents (you might even need your B licence). As for goggles a pair of sky eyes (£10 to £15) should be OK. A warm pair of gloves especially now the winter is coming. Note that you must be able to carry out your reserve drills without hindrance when wearing glovers so take this into consideration.

Ask your instructors for guidance in these matters if you are not sure.

hrmm.. why would you need mroe jumps before you could use a full face helmet???

I belive the reason for this is that it restricts the field of vue(not completely sure if I spelled it correctly).
Gives you more dead-spots....

I think thats the theory. I've tried to see if my vison was at all impaired and I've never been able to notice that, but I have an XL liner, so perhaps a S or XS liner may sink the face further back in the helmet and therfore the rim aound the face opening may restrict peripheral vision.
