BethUK 0 #1 October 21, 2003 Hey there, I need a little bit of advice...I recently bought a complete rig which comprised of a Javelin conatiner, sabre 150 main and pd 143 reserve and cyprus...however I had only done about 25 jumps when I bought it, and wasnt too happy jumping the 150 until Id done at least another 20-30 jumps on something bigger...so I bought a falcon 175. The 175 is in good conditions, according to the rigger I spoke to it doesnt need anything doing and the lines are good for another 500 jumps...I will only have done 20 jumps on it since I bought it. Any idea of how much I should sell it for? Being new to the sport I have no real idea! Thanks in advance! Tonto 1 #2 October 21, 2003 I'd say 2$ a jump less than what you paid for it... But if you can sell it for more - go for it. tIt's the year of the Pig.
BASE813 0 #3 October 21, 2003 I would say with an extra 20 jumps on it - sell it for what you paid for it - you will be haggled down anyway no doubt............. You students have too much money to play with!! Take it easy Beth................. Tonto's $2 a jump may be most appropriate in this scenario.
