LouDiamond 1 #1 April 18, 2004 Added another bird to the flock. Greg a local packer took the ground course up at CSS but we got weathered out. Today he got his first one in and rightly owes BEER Other interesting news, I did 3 smack booty jumps with Katiebear in her Classic II. The girl ruled by days end and we had a bit of excitement on the last jump. The pilot asked us to leave before we got to altitude so we bailed at 10.5. Katie and I were the last ones out and even though it was a rushed exit she had an excellent exit and subsequent flight back to the DZ. Everyone made it back OK and we got to put our emergency procedures to the test. All in all , a most excellent weekend."It's just skydiving..additional drama is not required" Some people dream about flying, I live my dream SKYMONKEY PUBLISHING
katiebear21 0 #2 April 19, 2004 Palatka Greg? Good for him! He's already got a lot of skydives for being such a youngen! Tell him to pack faster so he can order his suit! Thanks again for the jumps this weekend. Man, I'm still stiff. I'm going to have to start using Stacy's workout program! ManBird 0 #3 April 19, 2004 So I have to ask, were you guys zipped up and ready to go, or did you have to do a couple last minute things (with the exception of helmet and goggles)?"¯"`-._.-¯) ManBird (¯-._.-´"¯" Click
katiebear21 0 #4 April 19, 2004 I was zipping my 2nd arm which is why I immediately asked LouD what the hell he did... he was in the right seat and I thought he bumped something. I'm usually up between 8 and 9 putting on my helmet, checking handles, and zipping up. My legs are zipped before the planes takes off. I might leave my right arm unzipped until last so I can do my high fives, etc. Katie Get your PMS glass necklace here
LouDiamond 1 #5 April 19, 2004 We were zipped up and ready to go by the time we were headed to the back of the plane. For us, it really wasn't any different from others dives with the exception that we got out immediately after the last skydiver. Katie and I actually had a good flight back to the DZ on that one. We took it out to 95, turned north and started passing cars."It's just skydiving..additional drama is not required" Some people dream about flying, I live my dream SKYMONKEY PUBLISHING
