Another rig question

I can spend about 2,500 on a complete rig but I am having trouble finding one. I am comfortable with flying a 200 but trying to find a container that will be able to fit a 170 or 190 eventually. Are there containers that can fit from say a 210-190?

Most containers will fit at least one size smaller than they are rated for.

i.e. A container for a 210 should probally fit a 190. All this is dependant on the canopy type and such.

Yup. Pretty much any container built for a zp 210 main will fit a zp 190 main without a problem. Many of them would also fit a zp 170 without a problem; there are exceptions to that though (Voodoo is one), I'd check with the container manufacturer before doing so.

Another option: you can have a pad sewn into the bottom of the main container (against your back) to take up the extra space if you want to put a smaller/out of the normal range of main for your container. Have to be careful to not leave loose corners that can snag a line.

My Mirage G3 M4 is able to hold what you are looking for. The first chute I had in it was a
Raven III 249. I then put a Triathlon 175 in it and I currently have a Sabre 2 150 in it. I just ordered a Sabre 2 135 for it.
