Or, you might be able to convince a DZ in the Northern Hemisphere to rent you a tandem rig during their slow/winter season. Also consider that several TIs who live in the Northern Hemisphere are looking for winter employment on the other side of the planet. HINT! HINT! HINT! Some of these guys own their own tandem rigs. The toughest part would be convincing NZ immigration that they are only planning to fun-jump. Hee! Hee! You also might want to ask my boss, who has a half-dozen tandem rigs that are due for 8-year-checks. He would rather sell them than pay for the 8-year-checks. HINT! HINT! HINT!
