pbla4024 0 #3 December 3, 2003 If your profile is up-to-date, then you can't jump here in France (400 jumps minimum). Fido
kevin922 0 #4 December 3, 2003 QuoteIf your profile is up-to-date, then you can't jump here in France (400 jumps minimum).\ huh? what does french law say? so if i have 350 total skydives, 220 of them are wingsuit I can't fly a wingsuit over there? or is that for people living in france? Kinda like "whatever your country's rules are" goes type of thing
lazyfrog 0 #5 December 3, 2003 all in all, with the time we took to order (18 suits...) (some were slow to decide... ), took around 10 weeks, but from the very day the order was passed to Fly your Body, approx 8 weeks.. to jump in Switzerland, no "real" law or regulation... Whatever the manufacturer recommends.. And they recomend the same as Birdman (as far as I know...), 500 jumps, or coached jumps with 250 (or 200, can't remember) jumps in the last 18 months. I started 18 months ago and have 360 jumps... So must be enough... Gonna try it on sunday. For the moment, of what I've tried (in 2 hours time ) really easy to put your rig on, to get in the suit, and to reach the release handle (single handle) will keep you all informed once I did my first jump.---------- Fumer tue, péter pue ------------- ourson #10, Mosquito Uno, CBT

lazyfrog 0 #9 December 4, 2003 I didn't pass the order, but it was 16-18 suits... YESSIR we'll be soaring like eagles in the Alps this weekend... or at least try to ---------- Fumer tue, péter pue ------------- ourson #10, Mosquito Uno, CBT
SkymonkeyONE 4 #10 December 4, 2003 That's fantastic. A huge posse of people in the same suit means that you will have a much easier time matching "soar rates." By the way, I just coined that term, so don't any of you chimps go and try to copyright it! Chuckie
VectorBoy 0 #11 December 4, 2003 So, hows yer soar rate big boy? This copywriting will lead to overuse ( abuse ) like in preezone.
