ManBird 0 #1 August 24, 2003 Got some hybrid tracking dives in yesterday. First on was me in a freefly suit, G.Hop in his Pantz, and TALONSKY in his S3, and we managed to stay together really well. Did a couple more where TALONSKY and I had S3s and Grasshopper flew his Pantz. Pics and video to come. Long story, but my camera was destroyed (saved the tape, no, the helmet did not fall off of my head). Got third place (out of three teams) in the freefly video contest that we entered at the last minute. Now everyone thinks that Grasshopper is the ubertracker. He is an ubertracker, but c'mon... not THAT uber. TALONSKY has a very cool way of flying very dirty without looking like he's flying dirty, so some very cool visuals were going on. BTW, at just under 6'4" and 220 lbs, TALONSKY stayed under 40 MPH for an extended period of time. Freaking awesome."¯"`-._.-¯) ManBird (¯-._.-´"¯" Click

TALONSKY 0 #3 August 25, 2003 This weekend was a blast. I had sooo much fun flying with ManBird and GrassHopper. The tracking dive were a lot of fun ManBird and I would spend about half the dive flying with Grasshopper and then we would pop up and just fly regular for the end. It really gave a cool perspective into flight differences between birdman and regular skydiving. Grasshopper with his birdman tracking pants could get into the low 80’s which made it a lot easier to fly with him. I also on one jump started playing with Grasshopper on forward speed, I got down on level and then would go about 15 ft forward then slow down and get back inline with him. As ManBird stated I got under 40 mph which has been a goal of mine and to be honest at my weight I just really did not think it was achievable.
