Clownburner 0 #1 September 8, 2003 I'm going to be due for a repack in the next month or so.. I've got a Cypres that's due for it's 4-year, and (depending on how long that's likely to take) I'd like to find a rigger that would agree to pack the rig without it, and put it in later when it comes back (for a nominal fee instead of a full I&R)(so I'm not grounded the whole time it's gone). The rig is <120 days old at this point, so it was iniitally 'assembled' but the rigging shop I used charges what I consider to be an unreasonably large amount for a repack/I&R. Anyone have any specific recommendations for riggers in the So Cal area? PM me if you don't want to post it here. quade 4 #5 September 8, 2003 Well, now, just 'cause his profile says "Perris or Elsinore" doesn't mean it really is the case. We have some very good riggers at Perris that aren't associated with the regular loft. I'll use the loft at Perris for something that needs to be looked at immediately and get me back in the air, but I'll usually use one of the other riggers for repacks.
