d123 4 #1 November 3, 2009 Just wondering what your preferred method for getting more lift in sit? - popping the hip. Is like getting flatter on an axis oriented at 45 degree or better is like moving a bit from a neutral sit position to something that looks from the side like this "/". I find this method verry efficient but harder to do. - pointing your legs outside. Moving your legs from a parallel position like "| |" to something like this "/ \". - anything else?Lock, Dock and Two Smoking Barrelrolls!
pakker 0 #2 November 15, 2009 Since everyone is waiting for you to discover the search function, I'll answer. I prefer to use the heels out/knees in technique when flying close with others. If I'm far below I'll lean back and pop the hip a little. When I need to slow down from a high speed position or when i need to go really slow I put one leg forward and the other back(daffy) and lean back a bit. Hope this is somewhat helpful
bomb420 1 #3 December 5, 2009 You can point your legs out like / \ that for minor speed adjustments, but you get tons of more lift from using your back and my preferred fatboy method, back and daffy. Remember chin back.HYPOXIC
