Vertifly 0 #1 July 22, 2009 There is a 108 way going on in like 10 days from now. Where is all the hype happening? Common people, it's one hundred and eight freeks attached in the sky. That better than eggs benedict. Would you agree?
hparrish 0 #2 July 23, 2009 Maybe their trying not to jinx it. Although with the talent I saw at the Tryouts, I'm pretty sure they'll get it.

SimonBones 1 #19 August 2, 2009 I'm sure somebody does somewhere. There were a lot of people rotated in and out and at least one no-show from the original invite list. Definitely a good time though, every attempt we did was over 100. According to Bryan Buckland's camera, we held the complete formation for less than a second. The working time was really tight. I was a pod closer on the all the way outside pod we only had a completely built pod for about 2 seconds before breakoff. I probably could have gotten it built for 4 seconds but I totally slipped and had to reset . On the second dive when we built 106 our pod was closed for a good 6-7 seconds though. After the jump we all knew that it was close and nobody was sure if we actually got it. It was pretty high tension given that we were all tired and the next day was going to be weathered out. The organizers and judges had no problem keeping the news under wrap and letting all the suspense build. We all waited around for at least an hour for the news. Once the news hit, there was a LOT of tequila pouring and champagne (and spraying). People were zero to drunk in about 20 minutes (I know I was). Huge party at the tiki bar that night, and a LOT of really hung over freeflyers this morning for the team photo shoot. I can't wait for the next record in 2011. Not sure what the number will be yet, but I've been dropping suggestions for a million-way. So get out to the dropzone and start freeflying and go hit some tunnels! 108 way head down world record!!! http://www.simonbones.com Hit me up on Facebook
