winston_06 0 #1 May 28, 2008 I feel really stupid learning head down, all i seem to do is wobble from side to side then fall back into sit! i look like bambi to walk! is there any advice on how to just hold the darn thing!! hahaha Did other people go through this by the way?? its really frustrating! Would having wider legs help with stability? thanks
 klingeme 1 #2 May 29, 2008 I find that a daffy (legs like you are doing lunges) is more stable than X-man (legs spread like you are doing a jumping jack) Mark Klingelhoefer
 drunk 0 #3 May 29, 2008 Hey Sarah! Im the guy who was doing handstands in Perris training the headdown position... The handstands in the floor helped me a lot. I was able to hold the headdown for ~35 seconds in the last jump.
