FFlyer 0 #4 March 21, 2006 Definitly yoga. I got introduced to it for 30 mins at the dz one morning and since then ive been doing it a few times a week for about 20mins. Im planning on maybe joining a class sometime. Its improved my flexability and overall body awareness.
