go to this website and click on "me, katee, jay" or something like that but it's recent and critque my freeflying...seriously..I want to be a sponge and learn to be only better...

I am currently workin on transitions

Okay, so I'm not a "kickass" freeflyer, but anyway......:P:D

Get your legs wider, and be stronger with them as you hold them down. The difference in stability is "kayak to canoe". B| And remember to keep your back straight.

if you spread your legs wider it will allow you to bring your arms further forward. wich will also help you want to sit up straight and not lean forward. also drive your legs down. stand on top of the air.. you were kinda butt flyin some because your legs where weak.
