dmace 0 #1 June 17, 2004 just a question as this has happened a few times. When you're head down and you transition to the track do you ever get into a rocking motion due to the increased speed / slowing down. How do you deal with this without arching (stopping)? Track even steeper?

ccowden 0 #3 June 18, 2004 Yep- I agree. Just too tight and not relaxed. Alot of that comes from over-thinking it and trying to hard to control it instead of just relaxing and flying it. Same when you do head down. The more you try to control and get rigid, the worse it gets. Stay loose.
