Looking for video

Trying to explain the concept of a planed-out flare/ 2 stage flare to a friend tonight and I think a video would be helpful, I'd like a video not of a swooping canopy, but of some average sabre 2 or something showing the persons hands and how it levels out and lands. Anyone got something like that out there?

No rears. Just a very basic beginner half-flare to level out to finish the landing. No swooping nothing but a standard landing
