TheCaptain 2 #3 March 13, 2010 Thanks for the response, I am sure that Go Pro is a great company and product. I find it a little annoying that the only way to address a problem with their product is to e-mail them and wait till they find the time to contact you. I paid extra for a quick delivery which they did but now I am looking at a more time/weeks (depending on how long it takes for them to respond, which has already been 2 days)and added expense to deal with the fact that I got a faulty product and I can not even send it back(according to their website) until they find the time to e-mail me back, all of which could have been handled in a 2 minute phone call but now I wait.Kirk He's dead Jim Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
tylermx138 0 #4 March 19, 2010 I have the same problem with that. I email them in early December and have never got a response. Tried to email 3 weeks later after never hearing from them and stil yet to get one word out of them. However, went in the local shop that carries them and everything got taken care of almost immediately compared to their email/contact procedure. I have heard multiple times from multiple people about how good their customer service is but never asked if they ever had an actual phone number. TheCaptain 2 #5 March 19, 2010 Some one PM'd me with a phone number 415-738-2480, which is an automated phone system for Go Pro. When you connect to support it ask you to go to the web or leave a message. After leaving a message on the 3rd day, I called back the next day and connected to an operator which put me through to a real person. They asked me several times if I had tried different batteries and if I had tried taking the memory card out an turning it on, all of which I tried about 5 different times in every conceivable variation before even e-mailing them. They then gave me an address to send the camera back to and told me upon receipt of the camera they would have another out within 3 days.
