Jonathan 136 line trim

Recommended Posts

I am getting impatient waiting for Big Air Sportz to respond to my phone calls and e-mails.
Does anyone have a tirm chart for a Jonathan 136?
The canopy was built in the early 1990s by Brian Germain and Tony Urugallo at Air Time Designs - a subsidiary of Tony Suits. Jonathan is the predecessor to the Jedei.

I've heard a few times Sally Hathaway at Paragone rigging Zhills does most that rigging now for the Jedei's and the other AirTime canopies. Give her a ring is the best advice I've got.

I think you're wasting your time.
I sent my 1st Jonathan back for line trim and it was a nightmare. Eventually got another one.
They were all different. Each one a custom once off. I retired my last one earlier this year with 1500 dives on it, never trimmed, never relined, never broke a line. Loved it.

I had Brian reline my Jon150 at the begining of the year.

He did a bang up job and it was done within 6 weeks, anmd that was only because I had friends take it out to the US from Germany and bring it back on separerate trips.

Ive since put abou 200 jumps on the new linbe set and it flies like a dream, like a brand new canopy.

I still wouldnt mind flying a Jedei though if anyone has a spare one lying around doing nothing.

It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.
