DSE 5 #1 December 5, 2007 I'm 20,000 miles away from my FTP, and can't measure the thickness. Anyone know? I believe it's 3/16, but not sure. Found a possible source of very inexpensive CF plate here in Asia, but they're limited on what they make.
The111 1 #2 December 5, 2007 Spot, I don't have an FTP but I have measured quite a few of Wes' plates and they vary from 1/8 to 3/16. My CCM top plate is .150... which is between 1/8 and 3/16.www.WingsuitPhotos.com
PharmerPhil 0 #3 December 5, 2007 It's not a BH, but I have a piece from a SkySystems Vapor in front of me and it measures exactly 5/32-inches thick.
pattersd 0 #4 December 5, 2007 I don't have mine with me here but I do have a CAD model I created and the thickness there is .125". I believe the model is pretty accurate, especially for dimensions that are easily measured. I'll check this evening.

VectorBoy 0 #7 December 6, 2007 Found a possible source of very inexpensive CF plate here in Asia, If its inexpensive enough the thickness, within reason, shouldn't be critical
