I think it depends on why you think you need it, If your shooting photos and need something thats "spot on" brent's concentric is probably the way to go. I have brent's "cross" site and its been fine for the photos and video I shoot. If your just looking for anything I think the Newmans site is fairly inexpensive. Icon134 0 #3 August 7, 2007 I have a Brent Finley Concentric ringsight which is really nice (but very expensive @ $250) If you want to save some money you can get a Cross sight (I know a lot of people that have them and like them) if you go to his website (Brent's contact info) you can send him an email inquiring as to the availability of any blemished sights which will generally save you some money ($100 vs $130 on the cross sight.). One nice feature about brent's ringsights is that the Optics are coated in Glass and can be cleaned with a t-shirt. For a while I used a simple tinted eyesight ($45 from Paragear.com) which includes a basic swivel clamp.Livin' on the Edge... sleeping with my rigger's wife...
