DSE 5 #2 July 3, 2007 Very few standard DVD players can playback HD content. If they have DivX or Nero capability, *some* can. If they have HDMI out, a few can. You can burn HD DVD files to a standard DVD for computer playback, same with Blu-ray content, but these will *not* play in any SD DVD player.
