dmcoco84 5 #1 March 26, 2007 So I bought a PC1000 and it came with Sony Picture Package 1.7. The memory card transfer software. Loaded it on and tried to use it and I get this message each time I open the program. On top of bar it has: SonyPotl In the message it says "To run this application, you need to install Macromedia Flash player first." I have done so a million times. No idea what to do. pilotdave 0 #2 March 26, 2007 I can't remember if I've tried this with my PC1000, but can you just plug it into your USB port and let the computer treat it like any other digital camera?
