give them a reasonable amount of time. mfr's are usually quite good about returning calls and emails. it is part of building a relationship with the customers. if you don't hear from them soon, maybe someone here will be able to make sure you are talking to the right person (also important).

Remember to state size (i.e. T3), serial number and date of manufacture when asking about RSL length. The length changes with the size of the shoulder yoke and last time I checked, Rigging Innovations made three different sizes of shoulder yoke, depending upon shoulder size.
