Sockpuppet 0 #1 August 29, 2006 Hello, Was just browsing the local army surplus site and found they had lots of cameras which are for helmet mounting / rifle mounting. I wonder if these could be of some use to people with back backs? Essentially they are a camera that is tiny and just sends the output to the AV in of a camcorder. Maybe you could mount the camera on your waist in a small bag (or below boc in a fanny pack?) and route the cable to the helmet? http://www.actionson.co.uk and look at ops cameras? Would be good for tabndem masters who like to have hand mounted cams? ------ Two of the three voices in my head agree with you. It might actually be unanimous but voice three only speaks Welsh. Peej 0 #2 August 29, 2006 Without actually having been to the site, the cameras you'e referring to sound a lot like "lipstick" or "bullett" cameras. If my memory serves me correctly there has been quite a bit of (sometimes heated) discussion in this forum. Here are some links to the discussions: http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?do=search_results&search_forum=forum_7&search_string=Lipstick+Cameras&search_type=AND&search_fields=sb&search_time=&search_user_username=&sb=score&mh=25 Advertisio Rodriguez / Sky
