beemertec 0 #1 May 13, 2003 How does this deal sound? 1 year old Jav Odyssey with cypress Hornet 170 main 120 jumps tempo 170 reserve spare cypress batteries, pack mat and bag $3000.00 I thought the price sounded ok, but I wanted to check. Also I am currently jumping an Aeroglide 160. I know the Hornet is larger, but it is semi-elliptical so I would think I would get about the same or better performance out of it. It this a correct assumption? Thanks for your help. Blue Skies Steve Ok, so it's pink, but I'm secure in my manhood, and I still look cool coming in under it! So that's not a bad deal at all. Quote Also I am currently jumping an Aeroglide 160. Any chance you can put a few jumps on the Hornet before making the purchase final? That's going to tell you far more about how the canopy compares to what you've been jumping than anyone can here. So... is there any pink... err I mean magenta on the new stuff?
racer42 0 #4 May 14, 2003 I fly a Hornet 190 and really like it. Loaded a little over 1:1. So it's fairly zippy when I want but opens great and flares very well, even in no wind. I have about 30 or so on mine brand new.L.A.S.T. #24 Co-Founder Biscuit Brothers Freefly Team Electric Toaster #3 Co-Founder Team Non Sequitor Co-Founder Team Happy Sock

nacmacfeegle 0 #6 May 14, 2003 I think the important thing about this gear would be the colour.Yeah what Lisa said, If the harness size is good and you have the money and need for the rig, go for it. Have you seen the equipment? It looks like foxglove to me. -------------------- He who receives an idea from me, receives instruction himself without lessening mine; as he who lights his taper at mine, receives light without darkening me. fudd 0 #7 May 14, 2003 Only a good deal if the gear got some pink in it Sounds like a fair price. I fly a Hornet 170 and love it so far. Load mine about 1.1/1. nacmacfeegle 0 #11 May 14, 2003 Will the harness fit? I still say its foxglove. -------------------- He who receives an idea from me, receives instruction himself without lessening mine; as he who lights his taper at mine, receives light without darkening me.
