AFFI 0 #7 July 3, 2006 The titler is premiere is okay, it has a lot of options. If you have photoshop and know how to use it you can also launch a new file and select the DV with guides and make sure you have the transparent background selected. The guides are your safe frame area, make certain all test and graphics are within that area. In Premiere you can import a saved PSD file. Using photoshop will give you a lot more control over the title imagery.
