The idea is ,the picture that best captures the meaning of SKYFEST

I will print your pictures for judging if you do not have a printer at the event,but I can only do digital pics,any size up to 11x16 but you need to bring your own paper larger than 8x10(8.5x11)which I stock

i STILL GOT A poloroid CAMERA ..THE 1 YOU HAD TO USE THIS LITTLE TUBE OF STINKEY STUFF TO PAINT THE PICTURE AFTER YOU PULLED IT OUT..BUT IT WAS READY IN 60 SECONDS..NOW THATS old

and i still use a MINOLTA SRT 201 I got in hong kong
in 1967 35 mm SLR state of the art in 1967

but now i am stuck with a NIKON D200
ow the pain

I have the highest respect for people that shoot film.. I still do in rare occasions (slide film)

The reason I went digital is because of cost, not because i didnt like film. I still have an Elan 7e and just to make it more challenging.. we'll do a "who can get the money shot with film" contest at skyfest..

Or make it really tricky.. ha ha.. here you go.. the maximum number of shots you can take is 24

stop being trigger happy everyone and think about the photos you take.. that's how you have to work with film.. frame your shots instead of firing off your 5fps camera like a machine gun hoping to hit something.

all pictures will be printed size 5x7 on gloss paper

will use an EPSON R1800 printer

THIS contest is open to ALL that bring a digital camera,if you shoot film thats ok but process and printing is your responsibility.

so everyone have a safe trip out to TEXAS AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING EVERYONE OUT THERE.

here is a hint..SKYFEST is not about the party but rather paying back to the sport for all the sport has given you..now the party rocks but that is not what SKYFEST is about.
