superstu 0 #1 May 12, 2003 I'm going to be looking for a new (used) in the next month or so and what is comparible to the stiletto? I like the turns both toggles and risers, and i'm getting into the swooping action. so what kind of canopies are similar that I could demo?Slip Stream Air Sports Do not go softly, do not go quietly, never back down
AggieDave 6 #2 May 12, 2003 Heatwaves fly fairly similar, although they are not nearly as "twitchy" feeling as the stilettos I've flown...--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."

Samurai136 0 #6 May 13, 2003 Exactly Babe! the stiletto/ samurai[Q?] is like the a highschooler's mustang vs. an adult's Ferrari. All things considered, the Sam is the next step up from a Stiletto. RozeAY 0 #8 May 13, 2003 The nitron is very similar to the stiletto. It seems to be slightly less twitchy according to some people but it has much better bottom end flare.

superstu 0 #10 May 13, 2003 i'm 185 out the door, so about i'm loading the stiletto 150 at about 1.23. Just a note, i am very comfortable under the 150, i've stood up all my landings, i'm making 90's w/ front risers on approach, and all the experienced jumpers at my dz have no problem with me even jumping a 135 after i put a few more jumps on the 150.Slip Stream Air Sports Do not go softly, do not go quietly, never back down
