shindig 0 #3 March 9, 2006 It's a great advertisment tool for the DZ. A video guy at the end of the day will download his video to a computer that sends it directly to the Xtreme server and they send it to an email address that the customer gives the DZ. The only thing we download is from exit to opening, no music just the jump. That person in turn will email it to all their friends and family and there is a link on the email to the DZ that it originated from. Their friends can watch the jump and if it sparks their interest they click on your DZ link and can make reservations to jump. You can download just the jump or the interview before exit and the jump and landing if you want but we usually just put the jump on it. We charge the customer $3.00 for the download but imagine the return you get if their friends click on your link to your DZ and make reservations. The only problem we really have with it is the hand writing the customers has and it's hard to read their email address sometimes. Also you have 5 camera guys at the end of the day trying to download all their video before they can leave.
Kelly 0 #4 September 2, 2006 Sorry I missed this post. There is a great summary right above my post Rick was absolutely right. All you do is put from exit to the end, just after the final ground interview on. You don't do any editing; you put in raw footage and the software overlays legal music specific to the viewers specifications (rock/ metal/ etc) Please visit http://www.realxstream.com/concept to find out more or email me with any questions.
