Rechargeable AA's?

I am going through a ton of AA batteries on my flash. Can anyone tell me who makes the best rechargeable AA battery?

but
check that they are rated 2300 or 2500

many are rated 1800,2000. higher the noumber the longer they last

I've been really pleased with the Energizer battery charger & batteries. The charger came with both an ac adapter & 12 volt dc adpater, the AA's if I recall are 2300 ma. It was less than $30.00 w/4 AA's & can charge AAA's too.

Thank you both for your replies. That is exactly what I needed to know. I didn't see the Energizers listed on Ebay so I got the Duracell (2300mah) I hope they are comparable.

I got 32 AA's and two chargers for $50 (plus shipping) By God, that should cure the dead battery blues.

according to the research I have done awhile back,
Powerex and Energizer were the highest rated. I belive Powerex 2200mah and Energizer 2500mah
best charger I believe was a Maha model.
http://www.thomas-distributing.com/ was the place I got it from and I believe it was competitive.

I had the guy change the order to the Energizer 2500mha batteries. Thanks for the reference on the Maha charger. You can charge 8 batteries at one time and Thomas Dist. is about $30 cheaper than the other vendors.

Your welcome! I double checked and my energizers are 2500mAH.
