Mostly_Harmless 0 #1 August 22, 2005 I am looking for a video camera that will not only be used in the future for skydiving but also for other real life stuff. I was wondering is a Sony PC100 was still a worthy camera. Or should I find something that is slightly newer. I am not looking to spend a lot of money but I would like something that will be usefull, thanks for you help in advance._________________________________________ www.myspace.com/termvelocity
freeflydrew 0 #2 August 22, 2005 HDR-HC1 is the new High Definition from Sony. It's got the same 3 CMOS as the pc1000, but it shoots in high def and has night shot. It's very very light, but like the trv series, requires top mount. We just got it here at work, so I haven't been able to shoot with it yet. -drew Also, I own the PC1000 and it's a great camera! He was asking about the PC100, and other cheaper alternatives. I think you just pointed him toward something very not cheap. Also, the HC1 does not have 3 CMOS. Only 1.www.WingsuitPhotos.com
