AndyMan 7 #3 May 16, 2005 That's suprising.... I have a Rebel GII, and the website doesn't mention the remote jack, even though it does have one. I thought all Rebel's (except the original) had a remote jack. _Am__ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead.
dragon2 2 #4 May 16, 2005 The 2k is the same as our 300x, one of our cameramen bought that one. It does have a remote (even though the canon website doesn't mention it). However there was a too long delay between pressing the switch and the camera firing. This was normal for this model according to the shop (and that shop sells us a lot of skydiving camera stuff). So the cameraman gave the camera to his daughter and is now looking for an older model (the 300/rebel2000 was fine) that does work. ciel bleu, Saskia
bmcd308 0 #5 May 16, 2005 The Canon website says that the GII is compatible with the RS60-E3 remote, which is a wired remote. http://consumer.usa.canon.com/ir/controller?act=SNAModelSuppliesAct&fcategoryid=802&modelid=8771 ---------------------------------- www.jumpelvis.com
