OOPPS turn the sony stabilizer on or off?

my hc40 am i supposed to have the image stabilizer on or off????

my videos look good no vibration or shake.

and what does the lens ( .5 sony wide angle ) does that mean anything with the need for image stabilizer?

I jump a hamkeye helmet with nice d-box on left side andhave .6, .5 and .42 lenses.

tandems and aff and rw i use .5 if i am part of the formation or doing the horney gorilla then i where the .42

My buddy bought the new samsung sports cam ill tell yall how it does.

i was always told to keep the sony stabalizer on.

now i am reading in other threads that not correct.

so i wasnt sure on mine.

i dont understand why either way.

but if it inst broke i got it
