PhreeZone 20 #1 May 2, 2005 Often times I'll bitch more about something that went wrong or broke then I'll spend the time to thank those people that made things right for me. This post is an exception to that. I want to say thank you to two different companies today. Conceptus Inc. Thank you for the rapid replacement of my broken tongue switch. I broke it due to just not knowing the proper way to hold the switch in my mouth and I broke the seal on my first jump with it. 2 emails and a trip to the post office to send my broken one back and I'm sitting here with a brand new switch. Thanks guys, you've got a customer for life here. Bonehead - I bought a used FTP that I thought fit me great with just a video camera on it, put the stills on it and the fit went to crap. once again, 2 PM's to Linda, a quick phone call and I've got custom pads that make the helmet fit like a glove again even with all the weight. Thanks for the fast reply and the fast service in getting me up and going again.
