koz2000 1 #2 April 25, 2005 Arrow Dynamics has closed. I made one for a Hawkeye with some cypres loop, some cut-away cable, black silicon, and a nico-press seal. Basically the cypres loop replaces one of the screws on the part where the chin cup and the chin strap are connected to the helmet. You'll have to push the cutaway cable though the glue where the earpad is connected. Tie the cypres loop very tight. The cable will fit under the helmet behind you ear and stick down just enough to grab it. I tested it by having someone pick me up by the helmet and then cutting it away. OR Bonehead makes a cutaway system for the Illusion that would work with far less effort and modification to the helmet.
