Does anyone have any experience with the HC30 or HC40 as a camera? How's the video? Do they hold up in freefall? Canuck 0 #2 April 8, 2005 Do a search and you will turn up lots of information on the HC series cameras. Lots of people are using them with fine results. The lens on the HC models is smaller (25mm) than most of the older PC models (30mm & 37mm) which pretty significantly reduces the field of view, even with a wide angle lens.
