rocket 0 #1 March 3, 2005 I am a camera flyer in Idaho, yes Idaho. I am looking for a used camera suit. I have not had any luck yet in the classifieds or anywhere else. If you hear or know of someone selling a suit that fits my size, I would appreciate the help. 5'-10", 200#, over a 100 tandem camera jumps. eUrNiCc 0 #2 March 3, 2005 Is your profile correct in saying that you have 200 total jumps, and over 100 were tandem camera jumps????Egad, A BASE life defiles a bad age.

rocket 0 #6 March 4, 2005 Actual #'s are 310 total, 100+ camera jumps. I jump at a 182 DZ, and tandems run the world. I noticed that if I wanted to jump I need to be versatile. I was approached by the DZO who trained me to fly camera. I asked my S&TA what he thought and we went through procedures. Camera greatly helps my RW, which is my primary discipline. Close proximity, closure and being fluid in the air. (the camera catches more than I would have ever thought) Oh, and I passed my "C" I just have not turned it in yet. sneaky 0 #7 April 10, 2005 talk to tony uregello at tony suit, he makes a jacket with c wings ( great for head up flying ) and cost about 180 $, its perfect because in the summer you can wear with shorts. Its a high quality bit of kit and mine has lasted 2.5 years with no visible wear and tear, over 800 camera jumps get your rigger to mount the wing clips on your legstraps. crazydiver 0 #8 April 13, 2005 Where do you jump at? I'm going to be working as a tandem instructor at Skydive Idaho this summer. It would be cool to meet up and I can help expose you to tandem video a little too, that was my job this past year. Cheers, Travis
rocket 0 #9 April 18, 2005 I know Brian, the DZO at Skydive Idaho. I currently shoot tandems at SnakeRiver Skydiving. I just broke down and ordered my camera suit. Thanks to all who gave me advice and avenues to check for used camera suits. I will be seeing you at Skydive Idaho this summer if you are going to be there. Glad to have another jumper in the area. crazydiver 0 #10 April 19, 2005 How much business do the dropzones out there do? How many loads do you suppose Skydive Idaho puts up each day with the king air they bring in during the summer? Is that thing there every weekend during the summer? Cheers, Travis
