Zoter 0 #1 December 15, 2004 Im the proud owner of my first camera helmet (2kcomposites FF2) I have a question on chin cup tightness..... How tight is tight enough ?? The cutaway system on this helmet means I will have to decide how tight and then be pretty much stuck with that......before I get a chance to jump it so how tight should it be...any recommendations? 1) Loose enough for you to chat and talk normally 2) Tight enough that if you wanted a beer people would see your lips move and hear 'gottle of geer 3) Chin cup edges touching the helmet !! Thanks for the help..... ( Thanks as well Mr2Mk1G)
DaGimp 0 #2 December 15, 2004 i personally dont like adjustable chincups.....but i will tell you, that with a video and/or stills on your head....you want your sighting to be the same throughout the jump....so make the helmet tight enough to where it wont shift around in FF, no matter what you are filming..... RW- looking down, lots of wind turbulance Tandem/AFF- head up, not alot of wind turbulance FFing-Multible body postions, multible diffrent ways the wind is hitting the helmet and cameras....lots of turbulance. just make it snug to where it wont move....me personally, i can barely et my tongue switch in my mouth...but my site dosent change."Professor of Pimpology"~~~Bolas
