quade 4 #2 December 5, 2004 Might be interesting for a few things, but not really suitable for most professional skydiving applications. Might be fine for your own amusement but certainly not for school or competition video. from the spec sheet Quote Moving Mode: 15 fps, MJPEG For just about twice that price you can get much better pictures that are suitable for professional skydiving work with one of the lower end HC type cameras from Sony. Also far more flexible when it comes to sharing footage.quade - The World's Most Boring Skydiver
adobelover 0 #3 December 6, 2004 Thanks quade, appreciate your opinion and making the link clicky. Obviously I know very little about video equipment. It was an e-mail offer sent to me and I was curious as to whether the camera could be used for skydiving._________________________________________ Old age ain't no place for sissies! riggerrob 643 #4 December 8, 2004 That reminds me of the Mustek DV 2000 that I played with last year. It was an amusing training aid and a fun toy, but in the long run I bought a Sony HC40 for serious (i.e. sell video to students) videography.
