Squeak 17 #3 April 1, 2003 Ummm Totals dont realy have dmeo gear, Nick mostly promotes PDF rigs (mostly) and who ever makes Electra canopies. See what hire gear is at the different DZs masher, York has the easter boogie soon they may have some demo gear there. Grumpy 9 #4 April 1, 2003 Icarus are going to have some demo canopies at the Easter boogie in Nagambie, Victoria but that's a long way from you. I didn't demo my first canopy. Coming off student gear with 20 jumps I wouldn't have known what to look for so I chose based on advice from instructors (made the mistake of asking too many people and got too many opinions which confused me a bit) and never regretted it. Squeak 17 #5 April 1, 2003 Yeah the same goes for me I had no idea what was what, so on the advice of the instructors I got a 150 intermediate canopy and the guys here at DZ.com convinced my in the direction of the Hornet, (not too mention the price) It cost me less for a NEW hornet than I could a 600 jump PD for.
